Hot cross buns

If it’s not Easter – look for Spiced fruit buns.

Hot cross buns are the same as our Spiced Fruit Buns, available at any time of the year, so if you fancy Hot Non-Cross Buns, go and select from our spiced buns range. We use organic flour from Shipton Mill for this bread.

If for some reason, you would still like buns with a cross “out of season,” please select from the Spiced Fruit Buns options and email viv@middleware.org.uk or contact via the messages facility here on the Food Assembly pages.

Will keep fresh for two days or can be frozen.
