A seasonal cheesecake for Christmas

We offer two versions of this cheesecake: the whole 9 inch (23cm) diameter cheesecake and a smaller 7.5inch shallower cheesecake, essentially half the size. These cut into up to 12 portions but amount per service will vary based on the diameter chosen. These will be brought to the Assembly refrigerated. Please ensure you store in your ‘fridge until just before serving.
