We like bananas but we love the softness and fresh flavour of banana cake. We have been offering our standard banana cake slices as part of our cold buffets for a number of years. However, with the increasing requests from Carmarthen customers, we have also now created a gluten-free version as well as a Vegan version.
Sold as made in a 1lb load tin, ready for slicing. Cuts into 8 to 10 slices. Stays fresh for 3 days, longer if stored in an airtight container.
