Cheesecake: Ferrero Rocher hazelnut cheesecake

Description

A cheesecake with a difference: essentially because of the Ferrero Rocher chocolates, which are included crushed in the cheesecake mix and also used to decorate the top of the cheesecake. The texture of the crushed chocolates gives a wonderful texture and lightness to the cheesecake mix.

This is a whole 9 inch (23cm) diameter cheesecake, which easily cuts into 12 portions, each marked by a whole chocolate and will be brought to the Assembly refrigerated. Please ensure you store in your ‘fridge until just before serving.

This cheesecake is only available in the larger size (1.8Kg).
