Description

Suitable for a vegan and gluten-free diet, this version of Viv’s fruit cake is available as a simple fruit cake but also available as with our standard Christmas cake

Please choose the options that corresponds to your requirements:

1. As a plain fruit cake, wrapped in grease proof paper, ready to be decorated by you or simply sliced and eaten as a plain cake.

2. To the flat white iced stage (with marzipan and fondant icing), on a board boxed, ready for you to decorate or serve as is

3. As above but with a Christmas ribbon and the cake message “pick” as in the photo.

Store in a cake tin once cut to maintain a moist cake.
