We like bananas but we love the softness and fresh flavour of banana cake. We have been offering banana cake slices as part of our cold buffets for a number of years and thought we might see if our new customers would be interested.
Sold as made in a 1lb load tin, ready for slicing. Cuts into 8 to 10 slices. Stays fresh for 3 days, longer if stored in an airtight container.
