Description
Our Welsh Cakes follow the generosity of Glenys Lewis, our elderly neighbour for many years, who has sadly passed away. She gave her recipe to Viv, almost as a proxy daughter, given the grandmotherly role she played with our children as they were growing up. It is a privilege to be able to offer these for sale.
Welsh cakes can be kept in the freezer, if you want them to last a little longer.
