Description
This is a new summer find for us with a wonderfully soft, fluffy textured topping with the lemon flavour, overlaid on the fresh blueberry jam, over the shortbread-like base.
The photo shows the complete bake (minus the two pieces we tried already!) and this amount is what we will be offering cut into 9 slices.
