Cheesecake: Lemon cheesecake

Description

We offer this cheesecake with either a wheat based biscuit base or a gluten free biscuit base and in two sizes: the large 9 inch (23cm) diameter cheesecake and a smaller 7.5inch shallower cheesecake, essentially half the size. These cut into up to 12 portions but amount per service will vary based on the diameter chosen. These will be brought to the collection refrigerated. Please ensure you store in your ‘fridge until just before serving.
