For Christmas, how about trying our Cranberry Welsh Cakes, which still follow the original recipe of Glenys Lewis, our elderly neighbour for many years, who has sadly passed away. She gave her original recipe to Viv, which here has simply had the fruit component switched.
Welsh cakes can be kept in the freezer, if you want them to last a little longer.
