Description

The Italian bread, served with herbs and other ingredients. Viv has created a gluten-free version with rosemary. The bread is drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with fine sea salt prior to cooking.

While this can be eaten as presented, when we serve this at events, we normally serve warm. You can achieve this by popping in the oven and drizzle with a little more oil prior to serving to your guests.

For best results, eat within the three days. We will revise the description here when we have assessed how well it freezes (in principle, you could slice it prior to freezing and get portions out at needed)
