Served as a tester to the forrunner Carmarthen Food Assembly on 8th June 2017 as a 1lb Cob loaf. The intense flavour is due to the sun dried tomato in a speciality flour mix that we came across on our travels to Norfolk. In discussion, we agreed the large cob may be too large for a small family, which prompted offering this as a smaller cob or rolls at 80gms.
For best results, eat within the three days or freeze (you could slice it prior to freezing and get portions out at needed)
